Tickets at £200 per couple or £140 per single person, represent excellent value, and includes:

• Deluxe Queen ensuite Room (19sqm/204sqft ). Airconditioned, complimentary tea / coffee and Wifi. Room also has opening windows, a safe, hairdryer. iron and ironing board and cable/ Satellite TV. (Check in from 3pm. Check out before noon on 23rd February 2025)

• 3 course dinner plus tea/coffee and mints. Choose from 3 specially selected options per course.

• Dressed tables and chairs

• A professional photographer (high end photos will be available to download a couple of weeks after the event at no additional cost)

• Circle arch of balloons as a backdrop for your own photos and the professional photographer.

• Live 4 piece Band - The PommyGranites

• In addition to the main function room there is a a dedicated quieter reception area for our use during the evening.

• Buffet Breakfast in the on site restaurant Cast Iron Bar & Grill from 07:00 - 9:30

Notes:

Additional nights either before or after the event can be booked with the hotel directly at special rates including a buffet breakfast. Please telephone the hotel to get these special rates quoting that you are a guest at the Bushido event so that they can match you up to the guest list and avoid the inconvenience of possibly moving rooms.

There is a bar at which you can purchase your pre dinner aperitifs and drinks for the evening meal. As the Bar does not stock real ales, the venue have agreed corkage of £1 per bottle of real ale. Please bring what real ales you want to drink. These will need to be passed to the Bushido Membership Secretary together with corkage prior to the meal commencing.
