CAMPAIGN UPDATE

Following Sport England’s refusal, on two separate occasions, to provide information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Act, I took our complaints to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
I have now received two Decision Notices from the Information Commissioners Office (IOC), both in our favour.
Both Notices will be available on the ICO website.
