All BZIMAS instructors who work with children or vulnerable adults are CRB checked.
Information for BZIMAS instructors
People wishing to work with children and vunerable adults will need a CRB check. The best way to obtain a CRB check is to find a Registered Body (known as an Umbrella Body) that will undertake checks for others.
To find an Umbrella Body in your area:
- Follow this link to the Umbrella body search area on the Government website
- Under the Search by Sector section (about half way down) check the box next to Sports/Community
- You can refine your search further by selecting other criteria such as County
- Click the Search button at the bottom of the page
- Click on an Umbrella Body in the list to find contact details
