Wez Cousins says thank you
I would just like to say thanks to everyone at the Bushido Zazen for all there support for the World Masters in Atlanta on 17th August 2009.
Special thanks to:

I leave on Monday 17th August from Gatwick. Registration is on Tuesday the 18th at 1pm after which I have a few days to prepare for the competition. On Friday 21st August I weigh in at 8am and am fighting in the m1 u73kg (30 years to 35 group)
