Hi Members
We have just returned from The Holiday, we decided to go to Weymouth in Dorset and it was everything we hoped it would be. The house we chose was really nice and spacious. It was about ten minutes walk to the harbour which was a lovely sight; full of yachts so colourful in the sunshine. Our daughter Sue and her husband Alan came with us. Alan did the driving and Sue saw to all our meals, so we both had a really good rest.
We went somewhere different everyday, which included Lyme Regis, Bridport, Lulworth Cove, Wareham Dorchester, Portland Bill, Chesil Beach and Osmington where we had a very nice lunch and the views were magnificent.
On the way home we stopped at Arundel which is a nice little market town but we did not get to the castle because it was a long way up the hill to walk.
Thank you all for a great holiday, we will never forget it or our friends that made it possible.
